Triple Distillation

Gisbelle’s patented copper pot still (Patent No.: ZL201410460041.9) introduces an innovative triple distillation process. This additional distillation step, compared to traditional double distillation, significantly reduces fusel oil content, preserves the delicate malt aroma, and enhances the whisky's structure, purity, and smoothness.

Dual Yeast Fermentation

The unique aspect of the double yeast fermentation process lies in its use of beer yeast for beverages below 12% ABV, while higher-alcohol products utilize our self-developed and patented "Oriental Whisky Yeast," known for its high alcohol tolerance.

This process integrates triple distillation technology, beginning with beer yeast to create a low-alcohol base during the early fermentation stages. As the alcohol content rises through distillation, the process transitions to using Oriental Whisky Yeast.

Ultimately, this precise technique imparts the whisky with a distinctive flavor profile and rich complexity.
